At Paddletek, we stand behind the quality of our performance pickleball gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused equipment. If your paddle doesn't perfectly match your playing style, we are committed to helping you find the right fit for your game.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused paddle in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure it is protected during transit and eligible for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
